With packages starting from $395+GST per month for 5 hours of weekly or monthly support, and casual rates at $80+GST per hour, we create a tailored admin solution that fits the way you work.

  • Social Media Management

    Our done-for-you social media packages ensure your content is consistent, on-brand and built to engage. We plan your content, write captions, design graphics, schedule posts and manage engagement so your brand stays visible and relevant. Packages start at $350+GST for 8 posts per month across two platforms and go up to $900+GST for 20 posts across three platforms with full creative planning and advanced insights.

  • Operational Support

    Our operations support is designed to streamline the way your business runs so you can work more efficiently and focus on growth. We start with a dedicated operations meeting, priced at $240.00 for up to two hours during business hours, where we work with you to understand your current systems, processes and any gaps that are holding you back. This collaborative session allows us to map out exactly how your business operates so we can identify improvements that will have the biggest impact

    Following your session, we move into support plan setup, charged at $80.00 per hour. This is where our team translates the insights from your operations meeting into real, actionable systems. We create a tailored support plan, refine your workflows and align our services to your business goals. The result is a clear, practical structure that makes your day-to-day operations smoother and more sustainable.

  • Event Management

    We provide hands-on event planning and on-site support for business events, markets, activations and client experiences. Planning and coordination is charged at $80+GST per hour, with event day support quoted based on scope. From sourcing venues and styling spaces to managing vendors and guest flow, we make sure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

  • Bookkeeping Support

    We provide experienced accounts support focused on accurate data entry, organisation and processing, so your financial records are always current and ready for review by your accountant or BAS agent. From reconciling bank feeds to entering supplier bills, tracking invoices and generating basic reports, we make sure your numbers are in order. Packages start at $252+GST per month for 3 hours of support, with options up to $560+GST for 7 hours, and casual rates at $85+GST per hour.

  • Marketing Support

    We create marketing materials that connect with the right audience and drive action. This can include email campaigns from $150+GST, printed flyers from $90+GST and custom PDF guides from $280+GST. All content is tailored to your brand voice and business goals.
